Photographer Profile: Samantha Maber

There are many photographers about town who specialize in capturing your big moments, be it your engagement, wedding or newborn baby; but it is so important to ensure that the photographer you choose is someone you get on with and is someone who has a photographic style that is in line with your vision.
Plan A specialises in producing the celebrations that mark your life’s most memorable moments, so I thought why not showcase the photographers who capture all those moments – to be preserved for generations to come.  Let’s look at their style of photography and get a glimpse of the person behind the camera.  So as promised, today’s post sees the start of what will become a regular, monthly feature focusing on Durban photographers.  FYI – these photographers have not paid to be featured.  They have been approached by me and no money has exchanged hands or bank accounts☺.
The first photographer to be profiled is Samantha Maber.  I am a huge fan of her work!  Her crisp, clean, yet warm style is not something that we are seeing from many photographers in Durban.  Sam is a very busy lady, so I was over the moon when she agreed to do this.  I hope you enjoy getting to know her as much as I did…

Below are just some of Sam’s most-loved images.  I asked her to tell us what it is she loves about them…
Big thanks to Sam for taking the time to give us some insight into her work.  To see more of Sam’s work click here (I highly recommend that you do).  If you would like to get in contact with Sam you can drop her a line here.
